We are looking for a Remote Service Champion to join our team! You will create and lead new stream which will complement and reinforce our Industrial Software and Digital Solutions to bring the best value for our customers.
You will be focused on Remote Service and Support in Industrial field. It is a tough area which is suffering from pandemic and looking badly for comprehensive remote solutions. It is a perfect chance to apply your technical skills and knowledge for changed reality!
What the role involves:
Establish and lead Remote Service and Support at the company.
Define relevant use-cases for mixed reality devices (HoloLens) and transform them to solutions.
Act as HoloLens evangelist at the company.
Work closely with the Product Manager responsible for Remote Servicing and Support products family.
Work closely with engineering teams.
Normalize and manage relevant Knowledge Base.
Ideally you have:
2-4 years’ experience in leading of Technical Support.
Experience in mixed reality technologies.
Strong technical background.
Understanding of how Software and Hardware act together.
Understanding of Remote Service technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong speaking and writing skills, both English and Russian.
Nice to have:
Experience in Industrial field.
Experience with HoloLens.
High level of professional advancement
